Who I Write For

She spent years doing what she had to do. Family trauma, caretaking, disappearing into roles. Now she is waking up. Now she wants a life that feels like hers.
The Reinvention Generation:
She has lived a full life but senses a deeper rhythm calling. She is not done. She knows the next chapter could be the most expansive yet.

Who I Am
I’m Katherine.
Writer. Lifelong seeker. Coach. Space holder.
A woman in her late sixties who refuses to believe the best stories have already been told.
My training includes CTI, Coach U, and IIN, but experience has shaped me far more than certification.
I’ve walked through loss.
I’ve questioned my worth.
I’ve rebuilt myself more than once.
I have learned that awakening has no expiration date.
I am here to offer words, presence, and a place to remember who you are.
